The FEMS Junior EUROMAT 2026 will take place from 12–16 July 2026 in Trikala, Greece.

In the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the ESB and the Federation of European Materials Societies (FEMS), the ESB is pleased to promote the FEMS Junior EUROMAT 2026 through its communication channels. 

FEMS Junior EUROMAT conferences are organised on even years, giving young materials scientists the opportunity to contribute scientifically to the organisation and structure of their conference in functions such as session chairperson or workshop co-ordinator.

The FEMS Junior EUROMAT conference is the place to be for young students willing to have a direct access to one of the largest community of international experts of materials science and technology.

Each conference is based on a scientific programme sub-structured into Thematic Sessions (Areas) covering all the areas defined in the conference series, with each Symposium normally including several oral sessions, plus a number of posters.

The FEMS Junior EUROMAT 2026 will take place from 12–16 July 2026 in Trikala, Greece. 

The ESB encourages its members and the wider materials science community to take part in FEMS JUNIOR EUROMAT 2026 and engage with the materials science and technology community.
